Farmville Neighbors not adding properly? - farmville dont appears in new feed

Someone please help. I have some new Farmville residents today, but havent really had. In my neighboring gray printed pages with question marks, and I have no name, so I do not know who is who. I have no message told me that having used all of my questions, so I'm a little confused. In addition, these new neighbors do not appear to contain on the screen of my plays in the background. I really need these new neighbors. HELP!
